Job summary

TD in Freehold, New Jersey seeks a part-time Teller to provide welcoming, accurate everyday banking services. You will handle routine transactions, educate clients on products, and refer to specialists to meet financial goals, all while upholding TD's risk and compliance standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience working with clients in a related setting.
• Notary license preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering a high touch client experience.
• Performs a broad range of teller transactions within defined limits and escalates non-standard issues.
• Educates clients on products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Refers clients to appropriate partners to help achieve financial objectives while adhering to risk policies.
