Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiar with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers at the branch lobby and offers advice on digital and self-serve options.
• Identify referral opportunities with partners to grow customer relationships.
• Conduct client conversations about banking services and provide personal banking and investment advice.
• Meet customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Analyze customer profiles and conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities and address banking needs.
• Support branch operations and risk/compliance practices to safeguard customer assets.
