Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification desirable or equivalent
• Confident and experienced with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role
• Drive to deliver a personal customer experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities
• Welcomes customers and guides them to digital/self-serve options
• Conducts client conversations about banking services and channels
• Meets transaction-based needs with seamless execution
• Identifies opportunities and addresses banking needs (cards, accounts, etc.)
• Supports branch operations and risk/compliance processes
