Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects in the Westminster, CO area.

You will identify needs and provide guidance on financial solutions, collaborating with branch partners to grow customer relationships, while guiding clients to digital and self-serve options. You will engage in consultative conversations, conduct in-branch client discussions about banking services, and execute tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Passionate commitment to helping customers.
• Drive to deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that grow the customer’s relationship with BMO beyond personal banking.
• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch, and guides them to digital and self-serve options.
• As a lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services to recommend channels and provide personal banking and investment advice.
• Performs transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Maintains accuracy and completeness of work information.
• Contributes to meeting branch business results and customer experience.
• Supports operational activities (inventory, follow-ups, filing, opening/closing).
• May work at multiple branches or through various channels; schedules may vary.
