Qualifications

• Experience in consultative customer service or sales with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of banking solutions to refer to specialists.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch, offering advice on digital and self-serve options.
• Identify customer needs and provide guidance on personal banking and credit card solutions.
