Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial-institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Performs accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities; refers to specialists as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and propose client solutions.
• Addresses routine requests using standard procedures and escalates non-standard issues when needed.
