Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of consumer financial products and retail banking services.
• Understanding of banking laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Effective consultative communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and applications.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long-term client relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products, including loan products, for new and existing clients by making recommendations.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, and mobile and ATM deposits.
• Resolve routine client problems while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide teller services and help clients meet financial goals.
• Comply with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in coaching and training to enhance product and systems knowledge.
