Qualifications

• Two (2) years of office clerical/administrative experience, including public contact.
• Graduation from high school or GED.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine inquiries about license/permit processes and procedures.
• Reviews forms and materials for accuracy and completeness.
• Calculates and collects fees per fee schedules; maintains records.
• Prepares correspondence, notices, mailings related to processing.
• Performs general clerical and word processing tasks; maintains files and records.
• Maintains supplies and assists with filing systems.
