Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Middle School Speech-Language Pathologist to support grades 5-7 near Greenfield, MA. The contract role offers full-time hours with consideration for 20+ hours per week. You will deliver direct and consultative speech-language services, assess and treat disorders, and work with a collaborative team to support diverse student needs.

The position emphasizes IEP compliance, case load management, and documentation. Massachusetts licensure and CCC is preferred, CFY welcome.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current or eligible for Massachusetts SLP licensure.
• ASHA CCC preferred, but CFY also welcome.
• Experience with middle school students or familiarity with IEP processes a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills.
• Onsite school environment experience.
• Interest in diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to middle school students according to IEP mandates.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.
• Adapt strategies to address varying student needs within the caseload.
