Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Massachusetts is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students districtwide. The role accepts full-time or part-time applicants with immediate start and a mid-June 2027 end date, and offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will conduct evaluations, write reports, and present at IEP meetings while collaborating with SLPAs who provide most direct services.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts SLP CCC certification required.
• Experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong skills in assessment, documentation, and IEP development.
• Confident communicator able to collaborate with teams, families, and administrators.
• Committed to evidence-based and student-centered practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations across K-12 grades.
• Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations at IEP meetings.
• Collaborate closely with SLPAs and oversee delivery of direct/indirect services.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to develop and implement therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely student records in compliance with district standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development.
