Pine Rest is seeking a Clinical Social Worker for the Pediatric Center of Behavioral Health in Grand Rapids, MI. This part-time role involves treating pediatric patients, coordinating with families and providers, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess needs, participate in discharge planning, and contribute to a compassionate, diverse workplace that values clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work required; LLMSW or LMSW with Michigan licensure.
• One year mental health experience preferred; ability to assess needs and implement effective plans.
• Experience with discharge planning and coordinating care with families and providers.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and prioritize patient treatment needs and discharge needs.
• Implement plan of care in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy; psychosocial assessment including co-occurring disorders (group therapy on Neurodevelopment Disorder unit is not provided).
• Establish therapeutic relationships and manage crises; liaise with community resources, families, and providers.
• Monitor length of stay and communicate risks to ensure patient safety.
