Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in an accredited Master’s level program in Social Work, limited license Psychologist or Professional Counseling.
• Two or more years of postgraduate clinical experience.
• Experience working with pediatric populations and a strong clinical background in treating eating disorders.
• Experience in evidence-based therapy modalities for treating eating disorders (CBT-E, FBT, RO-DBT, ACT).
• Knowledge and experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, pediatricians, dieticians, and other behavioral health specialists.
• Navigate patient and family through various levels of care/treatment, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participates in interviewing persons served and assessing them through mental status and records review.
• Selects and completes appropriate therapeutic interventions (individual, group, family, experiential, evidence-based).
• Collaborates with other treatment team members regarding patients’ progress.
• Ensures medical record documentation aligns with protocols and is timely.
• Coordinate services and community resources as needed.
• Participates in departmental and staff meetings; may lead projects.
