Pine Rest in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, counseling, and treatment services for individuals receiving behavioral health care. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based therapy and help patients build recovery skills in a supportive environment.

As a salaried exempt clinician, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Michigan licensure as an LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination.
• Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered treatment environment.
