App_Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Tax Clerk to support the Tax Team with data entry and tax adjustments. This in-office role focuses on SIT, LIT, and SUI, coordinating name change filings and portal updates.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in payroll tax compliance, knowledge of Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance, and strong Excel/Sheets skills. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll tax compliance across state/local jurisdictions.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with online tax account portals for withholding and unemployment tax.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll tax adjustments and reconciliations for SIT, LIT, and SUI.
• Prepare and mail state/local name change documents and POA filings.
• Update contact details and emails across online agency portals.
