Job summary

Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day payroll functions 20–24 hours per week in Colorado. You will process payroll, maintain timekeeping, answer inquiries, and assist with audits under the Payroll Manager's direction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 2 years payroll experience (UKG/Kronos preferred), knowledge of state and federal payroll regulations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in payroll; UKG/Kronos experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Colorado wage and hour laws and payroll regulations.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain and audit timekeeping records and reports.
• Handle payroll inquiries from employees with professionalism.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with year-end tasks.
• Support payroll compliance and data reporting.
