Broadway Dallas, located at the Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to handle all payroll processing, budgeting, and accounting entries. This part-time, non-exempt role supports HR initiatives, benefits administration, PTO, and deferred compensation under the supervision of the HR Manager.

The role requires on-site work with limited remote options, a Bachelor’s degree plus payroll experience or PayrollOrg certification, and strong Excel skills to produce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year payroll processing and reporting experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with payroll/HRIS platforms (e.g., TriNet, Workday, ADP, Paylocity, Paycom).
• Working knowledge of FLSA, payroll tax compliance, and wage-hour laws.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and data reconciliation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Maintain payroll records and prepare reports and analyses.
• Ensure payroll compliance with FLSA and tax regulations.
• Assist with benefits administration, PTO, and deferred compensation.
• Coordinate with PEO and HR team for payroll system updates.
