Responsibilities

• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
• Verify timesheets, deductions, and payroll data for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state wage laws.
• Generate payroll reports and assist audits and tax returns.
• Handle the 403(b) bi-weekly uploads and LOA tracking.
• Prepare monthly payroll journal entries and reconcile accruals.
• Provide support to finance and HR with ad hoc reporting.
