Whitefish Search Partners seeks a part-time payroll specialist to run payroll for a small business. The role is ~2–5 hours per month, initially on-site for onboarding, with potential remote work thereafter. Experience with payroll fundamentals and commissions calculations is highly valued, with Gusto as the payroll platform.

Ideal candidate is comfortable in a small-team setting and can adapt to hybrid work as the relationship evolves.

We are in search of a part time payroll person to run the payroll for our small business. This position would likely only require about 2-5 hours a month. This position would likely come on site for introduction and becoming familiar with the team but then could work remotely after that.

We are seeking someone with a strong payroll foundation. Our payroll platform is currently with Gusto. Any experience with commissions calculations is highly desired.
