Job summary

Adminipay is a growing payroll company located in Lake Zurich seeking a detail oriented Customer Service/Payroll Representative to work part-time 15-20 hours per week with additional time at month, quarter and year end in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position with no remote work.

Responsibilities include set-up, process and review client payrolls; provide monthly and quarterly reports; respond to client inquiries; and assist with office projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years payroll experience in a corporate payroll environment or payroll service.
• Must be detail oriented and love numbers.
• Familiarity with basic payroll laws is strongly desired.
