Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail oriented with accurate data entry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with ADP or equivalent payroll environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, filters, formulas).
• Associate degree in accounting/finance or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the payroll & compliance email inbox for questions and concerns.
• Maintain existing employees in ADP payroll file and review W-4 tax elections.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll changes.
• Help update employee setups and information on a period-by-period basis.
• Help prepare semi-monthly payrolls for each company in ADP Workforce Now.
• Help create off-cycle payments and quarter adjustments in ADP as needed.
• Help import payroll-related general ledger entries into NetSuite.
• Help keep tax jurisdiction websites up to date.
• Set up tax jurisdictions in ADP SmartCompliance & monitor compliance errors.
• Submit tax agency notices in ADP SmartCompliance & open Support cases where needed.
• Help review yearly W-2 and other tax filings for accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
