FirstCash Pawn is hiring entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and provide helpful financial solutions while maintaining merchandise displays and a high level of service.

The role offers an hourly wage with an additional commission based on productivity. Earned Wage Access and a FirstCash 401k program are available, with flexible hours and employee discounts starting on day one.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Cash handling experience preferred

• Perform cash handling and loan/transaction processing per policy
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed
