Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associates for store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and help maintain an inviting shopping environment.

The role blends lending and retail duties with a strong focus on customer service. The position offers an hourly wage of $12.00–$15.00 plus an achievable commission plan, and access to Earned Wage Access, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to build rapport and provide service.
• Perform open/close procedures as needed.
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandise displayed.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiable items in accordance with procedures.
