FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet, engage, and assist customers with sales, loans, and other transactions, working with a wide range of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with opportunities for onboarding and various employee benefits.

Competenze

• Proven ability to engage customers and provide service.
• Willingness to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems is preferred.

Mansioni

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains display of merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions according to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items following procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training successfully.
• Other related duties as needed.
