Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and work with a wide range of merchandise including jewelry and tools.

A flexible schedule and a commission-based earning potential accompany the base hourly pay. Earned Wage Access and 401(k) eligibility are offered after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures as required.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and attractive.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to procedures.
• Attend to customer calls and inquiries professionally.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and managers to ensure a great experience.
• Complete required training and support store objectives.
