Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate in our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with inquiries, while offering commission opportunities based on productivity.

We provide a base hourly wage of $10.00–$13.00 with the potential to earn commissions, Earned Wage Access, discounts, and 401(k) after six months. Retail positions may require firearms certification in some locations.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide support and process sales and loans.
• Maintain clean and stocked sales floor; manage displays.
• Handle cash and transactions per policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
