Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn stores nationwide. The role offers an hourly wage of $11.00 to $14.00 with a commission structure paid on transactions.

Earned Wage Access and 401(k) eligibility enhance the compensation package, along with employee discounts and FirstCash Perks. Employees can earn a commission of 2–8% based on personal performance, with wages supplemented by commission to reflect productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work and be team-oriented.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policies.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Answer calls per company standards and assist customers.
