Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate in our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and provide friendly service while working with a variety of merchandise.

The role offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $18.00 plus an earned commission of up to 8% based on productivity, and access to Earned Wage Access after two days of employment, plus employee discounts and 401(k) enrollment after six months.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures and keeps the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Handles sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Cash handling and processing of negotiable items with accuracy.
• Answers calls and communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Collaborates with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes training and performs other duties as assigned.
