Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with a wide range of merchandise.

This position offers an hourly wage plus commission, with opportunities to increase earnings based on performance. Earned Wage Access is available, with 401(k) enrollment after six months, plus employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Must be able to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop a rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and display merchandise.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle all cash and negotiable items per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure a positive experience.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Other related duties as assigned.
