Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn stores nationwide. This role offers hourly pay between $10.00 and $13.00 plus a commission structure based on productivity, with access to Earned Wage Access and a 401k program after six months.

Flexible weekend availability is required for store staffing. You will process sales and loans, greet customers, and help maintain an organized, inviting sales floor.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, part-time sales associate position in pawn stores nationwide.
• Willingness to lift/carry up to 50 pounds; flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
