Job summary

FirstCash Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team. The role includes greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and providing friendly service across a variety of merchandise.

You can earn hourly pay plus commissions, with Earned Wage Access and 401k eligibility after six months. Most stores open 9 AM to 6 PM, with Sundays often closed, and the position offers flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and perform duties as needed.
• Willing to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Minimum age 18 with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain a clean, stocked sales floor.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to ensure a positive experience.
