Qualifications

• Entry-level, part-time sales role in pawn retail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays when required.
• Firearms handling/certification possible at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Process sales, loans, and related transactions per policy.
• Handle cash and negotiables following procedures.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist with training and team collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
• Support a positive customer experience across departments.
• Participate in training and follow company guidelines.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned.
