Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our Cash America Pawn stores. The role is entry-level, with an hourly wage of $12.00 to $15.00 and the opportunity to earn commission on top of base pay.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, maintain the sales floor, and handle cash according to policy. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required, with perks including earned wage access, discounts, and 401k eligibility after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Willing to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide and suggest appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandised.
• Answer incoming calls and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience through teamwork.
