Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our Cash America Pawn locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain display quality while delivering excellent service.

Earn hourly wages plus commission up to 8% based on personal productivity; wage enhancements and benefits support a balanced work-life. Training and growth opportunities are provided across nationwide stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS operation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide and propose financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and displays attractive.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and compliance.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure positive customer experience.
