Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates for our pawn stores nationwide. You will greet, engage, and assist customers with sales and lending transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation includes an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity (2-8%). Earned Wage Access, 401(k) eligibility, employee discounts, and other benefits are available. Some locations may require firearms handling certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions.
• Keeps the sales floor clean and organized.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policy.
