Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and residents with transportation to and from medical appointments, treatment facilities, and social activities.
• Operate company-approved vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, mileage, and patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless transportation transitions.
• Provide emotional support and assistance during transportation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address transportation challenges.
