Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Patient Meal Room Service Associate for a part-time position in Georgia. You will represent the Patient Meal Room Service to patients and the nursing team, manage meal orders, and enter selections into N&FS software while adhering to dietary restrictions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ foodservice or customer service experience.
• Servsafe Food Handler and ServSafe Allergen certifications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for patients and assist with meal selections.
• Enter meal selections into the N&FS software accurately.
• Deliver meals to patients, ensuring correct trays and dietary orders.
• Assist with dishroom, tray carts, and general department duties.
• Provide patient-focused service and maintain infection prevention practices.
