Aspen Dental is seeking a Part Time Patient Experience Coordinator to front-office duties, schedule and support patients in a friendly, professional environment. You’ll join a four-week training program to ensure success and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

As part of the Patient Experience team, you will contribute to a positive practice culture while delivering excellent service, handling insurance and payments, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced dental office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Assist patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and collecting payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit cards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
