The position is 24 hours per week, PRN, with a pay range of $20-22 per hour. Ideal candidates have healthcare administrative experience and strong MS Office skills, in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and verify information.
• Schedule and manage appointments with clinicians.
• Answer incoming phone calls and triage inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect payments and process new patient registrations.
• Support clinic operations to maintain high performance.
