• Direct patients on intake forms and portal navigation.
• Ensure required documents are on file and appropriately scanned.
• Triage walk-ins and decide whether to schedule or escalate with nursing staff.
• Arrange follow-up appointments at checkout.
• Answer questions on immunization requirements for prospective students.
