Qualifications

• Degree-seeking graduate student with minimum 5 credit hours (9 if international) and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Authorized to work in the United States is required.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions for students, faculty, staff, and the community by phone or in-person.
• Provide support to the front desk staff, as needed.
• Report and communicate facility issues or concerns.
• Educate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist with various programs and events.
• Brainstorm ideas and provide feedback for programs and events.
• Report any program or event related issues or concerns.
• Work with programs staff on other tasks and projects.
• Identify budget for program supplies and staffing with facilities and operations staff.
• Assist Marketing Team with tabling and social media content brainstorming.
• Collaborate with departments to promote events.
