Qualifications

• Successful completion of a program including EKG, phlebotomy, and direct patient care.
• Certification must be valid and current.

Responsibilities

• Perform 12-lead EKG.
• Recognize tracing abnormalities and notify Charge Nurse.
• Collect blood samples by venipuncture or skin puncture.
• Enter documentation in the EMR accurately and promptly.
