Professional Physical Therapy in New York seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering friendly, efficient service and ensuring a smooth visit.

You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, complete registrations, discuss insurance, collect balances, and support daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
