Job summary

Justice Grown is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment in Waretown, NJ. You'll guide customers through the dispensary experience, help them select products, and ensure transactions comply with state regulations.

You'll log customer profiles, enter sales into POS and inventory systems, and stay knowledgeable about products through vendor training. Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience with cash handling responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 21+ with valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide product selection.
• Achieve sales objectives and introduce new products when appropriate.
• Educate customers on product attributes and usage and log into the patient tracking system.
• Process transactions in compliance with cannabis regulations and maintain a clean dispensary environment.
• Maintain knowledge of products via training and collaborate with management and staff.
• Answer phones, handle voicemail, and build relationships with customers.
