Job summary

Justice Grown seeks a Lead Patient Care Advocate to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a high-performing retail team on the sales floor. You will guide daily operations, reinforce policies, support inventory and cash handling, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment with cash handling responsibility.
• Proven record of inspirational team leadership is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Must pass all required background checks, certifications, and DOH affiliation requirements.
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example to promote a positive, customer-first environment on the retail floor.
• Supports onboarding, training reinforcement, and ongoing team development with product knowledge and service best practices.
• Reinforces selling and service techniques to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Partners with Management on goal alignment and daily/weekly/monthly priorities.
• Open and close the store as assigned and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily workflow, inventory, cash handling, and security processes.
