You will support registration across Hospital departments, collect at‑point payments, ensure compliant data, and contribute to high quality service and Blessing’s mission and core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and other office products.
• Excellent customer service and ability to independently problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional patient interviews and collect demographic, financial, and biographical information.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits, and collect point-of-service payments.
• Gather information to determine medical necessity and assist with accurate payer billing.
• Register patients across Hospital departments and maintain quality, compliant service.
