Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect and verify demographic and financial data.
• Verify insurance coverage and initiate pre-certification when required.
• Collect payments and manage daily deposits.
• Prepare and distribute reports and patient identification items.
• Refer patients to payment programs or financial assistance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
