Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with patients and caregivers to ensure satisfaction.
• Protect privacy and PHI of patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and callers, verify information.
• Document calls accurately in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments and registrations for visits and tests.
• Collect insurance cards, IDs, and signatures, assist with billing forms.
• Educate patients on financial assistance and process payments.
