Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at check-in.
• Schedule patient appointments in the scheduling system.
• Collect co-pays at time of service.
• Identify coverage or self-pay issues and involve Financial Advocates as needed.
• Enter patient information and verify insurance details.
• Collaborate with Business Department to support revenue cycle.
• Provide courteous, accurate service to patients and coworkers.
