Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Patient Access Advocate for a part-time mid-shift to support ER and Urgent Care registrations. You will greet patients, collect copays, and ensure accurate demographic information while coordinating with clinical staff.

Strong communication and privacy practices are essential in this front-desk role, with attention to detail and customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and offers a flexible, part-time schedule in a dynamic ambulatory care

Ability to greet patients and handle front-desk tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Welcomes and greets patients in person or by phone.
Registers patients and updates demographics with high accuracy.
Collects copays and payments per company guidelines.
Maintains front-desk areas, files, and waiting areas in a clean, organized manner.
Notifies clinical staff of patient arrivals and potential delays.
Responds to patient inquiries with courtesy and respect; protects PHI.
Maintains supplies and completes administrative tasks on time.
Attends departmental staff meetings and participates in training.
