Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-registers/registers patients with accurate demographic and financial data.
• Collect balances, co-payments and co-insurance as applicable.
• Verify coverage and obtain required prior authorizations or referrals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with department coverage.
• Manage daily appointment schedules and reminders.
• May transport patients as needed; perform other duties.
